Questions we get
How do I pay?
Check out on this site and your order comes straight to the shop. We reply with an itemized total and a secure card payment link from our payment processor, usually the same business day. Nothing is charged until you open that link and pay it yourself. We never ask for card numbers by email or message.(8)
Can I order over the phone instead?
Yes. Call +1 (917) 310-4970 during shop hours and we'll take the order and send the same payment link. A lot of our customers prefer it.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock items leave in one to two business days once payment clears, with tracking. Made-to-order items list their lead time on the product. Shipping is $6.95 in the continental U.S. and free over $75 before tax.
What if it arrives damaged or isn't right?
Tell us within 14 days and we replace or refund it in full, including shipping both ways. Beyond that, most items can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in the returns policy.
Do you take bulk or custom orders?
Regularly — reunions, fundraisers, clubs and departments. Email or call with the quantity, the item and the date you need it in hand, and we'll quote it. Custom work needs artwork approval and a deposit before production.
Are the photos the exact item I'll receive?
Photographs on this site are illustrative and show product type and style; the item you receive may vary in color, marking and finish, and screens render color differently. Ask us for a photo of the actual item on the shelf and we'll send one.(3)
